Our History
Las Potrancas Mexican Restaurant was born from a conversation between my wife and me when our daughter was just three months old. I began thinking about the future I wanted to build for my children and realized I wanted to create something of our own—something that could grow into a lasting family legacy.
As a chef, I decided to take the next step and open a family-owned Mexican restaurant built around my passion for cooking, authentic Mexican food, and traditional Mexican flavors. What started as one courageous decision has grown into Las Potrancas Mexican Restaurant, proudly serving families across Colorado through four locations: Arvada 64th, Arvada Wadsworth, Littleton, and Parker.
Today, Las Potrancas Mexican Restaurant is more than a place to eat. It is a family business built with heart, dedication, and a commitment to sharing authentic Mexican cuisine with the communities we serve.
